Last Updated: June 25, 2026

Membership Integrity LLC is committed to delivering accurate, timely background check services. This policy outlines our refund procedures and your rights to dispute inaccurate information in a consumer report.

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of background check services, which involve immediate initiation of searches upon order placement, refunds are limited. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund of the duplicate charge
  • Service Not Initiated: If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund may be issued upon request
  • Significant Delay: If results are not delivered within twice the stated turnaround time due to our error, a partial or full refund may be considered
  • Technical Error: If a technical failure on our end prevented delivery of your report

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders where the background check has been initiated and results returned
  • Dissatisfaction with legally accurate report results
  • Delays caused by court closures, third-party data sources, or incomplete subject information provided by the requester
  • Change of mind after order initiation
