By accessing or using the services provided by Membership Integrity LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services Provided

Membership Integrity LLC provides background screening services to membership-based organizations and their members, including:

Pre-Application Background Checks
Annual Renewal Background Checks (Youth Department)
Leadership Background Checks
Driving Record Reviews (Transportation Department)
Conference Vendor Background Checks

These services generate non-dues revenue rebates for participating membership organizations.

2. Eligibility & Authorization

By purchasing a background check service, you certify that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have provided written authorization from the subject of the background check (if ordering on behalf of another individual)
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You will use the results only for permissible purposes as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

3. FCRA Compliance

Our services are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. You agree to:

Use background check results only for permissible purposes (employment, volunteer screening, tenancy, etc.)
Provide required disclosures and obtain written consent before ordering a report on another individual
Follow adverse action procedures if a report is used to make a negative decision
Not use reports for discriminatory purposes prohibited by law

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to court closures, third-party data availability, or other factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Membership Integrity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Membership Integrity LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
